If your neighbor hears one loud sound, he/she will stop, listen for it again and when they don't hear it again, they'll go back to what they were doing. It's human nature. And if they do call 911, I know this type of call is really low on the list of priorities cops are dealing with so I have a lot of time to do what I am at your house to do."
